Spring is here + it’s a great time to revamp your Nutrition routine. I know many who have been burned out (including me ) from Covid meal prep etc. Perhaps you’ve been ordering in or going out more than you’d like. I love shopping at the farmers market for my weekly meal prep. Go to the local farmers market and get produce that’s in-season. In-season produce is fresher and tastes better, sweeter and perfectly ripe + cost effective. Get creative with how you prep and cook your fresh finds.
