Give Back

Pay It Forward

My Mission is to inspire teenagers and young adults to achieve the highest versions of themselves through fitness and movement. My purpose is to provide the platform, tools, support and encouragement, as well as an education that creates self-sufficiency, raises awareness, self love, and leads to a long and lasting healthy lifestyle.

Add a message here about this day…

Raising the standards for how girls treat themselves, each other and the world. By building a community for girls to be seen, be heard, and belong, we are giving them something bigger than themselves to stand for and creating a healthier, more powerful world.

Working with Teens

The ModelFIT Teen Program guided teen girls in the years they needed it the most. We created healthy habits utilizing mindful fitness and holistic nutrition, so our teen clients formed a lifestyle they could grow with. This class was our giveback to the female community, and our investment in future females. Therefore this class will was offered free of cost

The workshop consisted of:

  • An opening conversation about ourselves, body image and developing healthy habits

  • Workouts taught by Rosalia Chann

  • Self care & nutrition talks

  • Healthy bites, special guests and surprises

Through I AM THAT GIRL X model fit, and through talking to Rosalia, I feel like I have gained a strong sense of self, and I am able to speak more freely about social issues within my community, and among my peers. As a teenager I have loved working with Rosie and talking to her. She has helped me become more confident with who I am as a person, and I look forward to working with her in the future.

3DPC Summer Camp 2015, The Gray Institute

Our half-day program worked with movement, play and empowerment for at-risk young boys and girls, promoting health and exercise with their schools.

Upper East Side Dominican Academy Workshops

Our afternoon visits to the Dominican Academy on the Upper East Side were spent with 40 young women. We shared group coaching sessions and open conversations on what self-care means individually + one healthy habit take away that they can practice everyday that doesn’t cost anything. We provided healthy, whole food, nutrient dense snacks and gifts from Glossier.  It was really a special workshop and I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences in fitness, health and wellness!

REACH OUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TALK ABOUT Rosalia HOSTING A WORKSHOP for your community!

Rosalia has greatly influenced me to keep a focus on well-being in a way that combines the nutrition, fitness, and mindful aspects through sharing her knowledge in our conversations in the IATGxModelFIT workshops.

Her passion for helping others is reflected in her commitment to impacting young girls to build healthy habits that make them feel confident! I gained a better insight on what it means to take care of yourself as an overall lifestyle from her sharing of her own experiences as well as giving us advice on making long-term changes and staying consistent to achieve progress.

During our I AM THAT GIRL x modelFIT discussion, Rosie was an example for what happiness and comfort with yourself can look like. It is hard to find someone who is happy with herself but still works hard to be the best version of herself. During our workout, Rosie showed me how much proper form and tiny movements can impact a workout.

I felt strong and elegant and composed unlike most circuit training workouts, without the boredom that I experience in Pilates or barre classes. She showed me how I can want to be in shape for the sake of health and personal joy not just to look better.
